Helical Piering
Helical piers are deep foundation elements designed to support structures by anchoring them into stable soil layers and/or bedrock.
Helical plates are welded to the central steel shaft, which allows the pier to be "screwed" into the ground, providing load-bearing capacity through friction and bearing plates.
