Concrete Lifting and Leveling

Concrete lifting and leveling is a process we use to raise and stabilize uneven or sunken concrete, such as driveways, sidewalks, patios, or foundations.
This is typically caused by soil settlement, erosion, or poor compaction beneath the slab.
Our Process
Our professionals evaluate the area to determine the cause. Then we drill 1/2 inch holes strategically and inject Polyurethane foam underneath the slab. This lifts the concrete back to the desired position and expands to fill the void/s created underneath the concrete for compaction and stabilization.
This method is cost effective, often times 70% cheaper than replacing concrete. The process is quick, often completed within a few hours, with minimal downtime. It is minimally invasive, with no demolition required in most instances, and eco-friendly, reusing the existing slab.
