Basement Waterproofing
Applications
Exterior Waterproofing:
Exterior waterproofing stops water from penetrating from the outside. Polyurethane spray foam is applied to the exterior foundation walls to create a water-impermeable barrier. The installation of exterior drain tiles or French drains diverts groundwater from the structure. Proper grading, gutters, and downspouts direct water away from the foundation.
Interior Waterproofing:
Interior waterproofing manages water that entered or is likely to enter the basement. Installation of perforated drain pipes or French drains collects water and directs it to a sump pump. A sump pump is installed in a pit to collect and pump water out of the basement, away from the foundation. Epoxy waterproof sealants or epoxy coatings to interior walls to reduce seepage and dampness.

Basement waterproofing is the process of preventing or stopping water from entering or accumulating in a basement or below-grade structure.
This protects from mold, mildew, structural deterioration, and flooding.
